Dana Metal has great experience in delivering wire products to the building industry, kitchen producers, cooling and freezing producers, special producers etc.


We have everything in equipment for producing wire products, e.g. contact welding machines, robot welding machines, trimmers for cutting off the wire from metal boxes, semi automatic plants, 3 netwelders, 2D and 3D press machines, wire straightners from 1.5 mm up to 8 mm and automatic coil plants.

 
On our production there are specialists who create the templates for new items. All tools and templates for production are produced at our own department, which gives production flexibility and considerably speeds it.


We can produce the wire items of any complexity. Our production managers have the required experience in order to give you qualified recommendations in development of the test samples, and also to advise you how to optimize the item. This approach gives great results that evolves in the fruitful cooperation.


In 2017 Dana Metal Ukraine used 1700 ton of raw materials.


Today the focus is set on more complicated tasks and we take in more processes in order to satisfy the customer's need to the end.
